The construction of the Oxford residential complex is gaining momentum, and each new stage demonstrates the high quality of work and compliance with the established construction deadlines. We invite you to find out the latest news about the construction progress as of September.

Building A1.

Completely built. It began to be built in May and as of September all 9 floors have been erected. Currently, builders are actively working inside the building. Facade work, floor screed, laying of interior partitions, final wall decoration and installation of apartment doors and heating radiators have already been completed. Electricity has also been installed. Currently, builders are working on the finishing of the walls of the staircases, and the installation of elevator equipment is underway, and commissioning work continues. Work is still underway to insulate the roof.

Building A2.

Builders are completing the installation of the 7th floor.

Building A3.

Monolithic works are underway and the basement floor is being laid.
