When will all OXFORD buildings be commissioned?

The first phase, buildings A1, A2 and A3, was fully commissioned in 2024–2025. The second phase: B1 — Q2 2026, B2 — Q4 2026, B3 — Q1 2027, B4 — Q2 2027. Full completion of all 16 buildings is expected in 2027–2028.

What is the legal purchase mechanism?

An apartment in OXFORD can be purchased by acquiring a future real estate object from the construction developer. This mechanism is protected by the Law of Ukraine “On Guaranteeing Property Rights to Real Estate Objects to Be Built in the Future”. Royal House is one of the first companies to use this mechanism. The legality of the special property right is confirmed by an extract from the State Register of Property Rights. The sales department will assist with the paperwork, including developer installment plans and state programs.

Does OXFORD have all required permits?

Yes, OXFORD has the full package of construction permits and documentation: local council land decisions, urban planning conditions and restrictions, a positive expert project report, and a DIAM construction permit. The three buildings of the first phase have readiness certificates. All documents are available from the sales department and in the Documentation section on the website.

Who will maintain the buildings after commissioning?

After commissioning, the complex is transferred to a property management company. In the first years, maintenance is handled by a Royal House subsidiary service company: technical maintenance, security and cleaning. Later, an apartment owners’ association or another management company may be involved.

What type of heating is used in OXFORD? Is there hot water?

Each apartment is equipped with a dual-circuit gas boiler, providing autonomous heating and hot water. Rooms are equipped with radiators, and bathrooms have towel warmers. There is no centralized hot water supply — hot water is provided directly by the boiler.

Is backup power available during electricity outages?

Yes, diesel generators are provided for backup power supply to critical infrastructure: elevators, pumps and common-area lighting. Centralized backup power inside apartments is not provided.

Will the territory be closed and secured?

The OXFORD concept includes car-free courtyards, controlled access to the territory, security and video surveillance. Entry points are equipped with barriers and security posts.

Where will residents park their cars?

OXFORD provides open parking areas for 2,500 cars around the perimeter of the residential blocks. The courtyards are fully pedestrian, so parking inside them is not allowed.

Are storage rooms available?

Yes, the project includes storage rooms on the basement or ground floor, approximately 3–6 m².

In what condition are apartments handed over?

Apartments are handed over ready for finishing works: floor screed, rough wall plastering, water, gas and electricity meters, radiators and a dual-circuit gas boiler.

Will there be a supermarket on the territory of OXFORD?

Yes, commercial premises are planned on the ground floors of the buildings. One of them is reserved for a grocery supermarket of 500–1,000 m², along with shops, pharmacies, cafés and other services.
