Oxford Residential Complex accredited under the state program “eOselya”

Thanks to cooperation with Globus Bank and participation in the “eOselya” program, Ukrainians can now take advantage of favorable state lending conditions for purchasing apartments in the Oxford residential complex. We remind you that since August 1, the government has expanded the program, so now a larger number of citizens can use it.

What does Oxford offer?

Oxford offers a wide selection of one- and two-room apartments in two buildings that are still under construction. The first of them will be commissioned in the second quarter of 2025. This is a great opportunity for those who dream of their own home.

The e-Housing program offers preferential lending conditions, including:

Interest rate — 3% or 7% per annum.

Maximum lending term — 20 years.

Minimum down payment — from 20%.

Who can use the e-Housing program?

The program is available to individuals who:

Aged from 18 to 70 years on the date of loan repayment.

Belong to one of the preferential categories: military personnel, law enforcement officers, teachers, doctors, education workers, scientists, as well as members of their families.

Do not own housing or have it less than 52.5 m² + 21 m² for each family member additionally.

Own housing in a combat zone or in a temporarily occupied territory.

Do not participate in other current state housing programs.

How to apply for participation in the program?

Select the “eHousing” service in the “Diya” application.

Fill in information about the family composition and income.

Specify information about the housing that you plan to purchase on credit.

Choose a bank and certify the application with your “Diya.Signature”.

Receive a response from the bank and contact the sales office of the Oxford Residential Complex for further registration.
