Building A-2

Installation of sewage, heating, water supply systems and installation of gas boilers is underway.

Work is ongoing on the roof: installation of chimneys is being completed, and the masonry of the walls has already been completed.

Preparatory work on landscaping the territory is underway.

Work is underway on the masonry of interior partitions – 90% of the work has been completed.

The laying of ventilation systems is also nearing completion.

Building B-1

Installation of TM Royal House wall modules of the first floor in the 1st section has been completed.

Installation of the first floor in the 2nd section has begun.

Concreting of the -1st floor is underway.

Work is underway to prepare monolithic basement walls.

Building B-3

Preparation for the foundation has begun.
