Royal House’s new Oxford residential complex project wins two prestigious awards at IBUILD 2024

On December 18, 2024, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine held a solemn award ceremony of the Ukrainian Special Building Awards IBUILD 2024, which honored the best representatives of the construction industry. Among this year’s winners is the Royal House company, which won two prestigious awards at once, confirming its status as a responsible and reliable developer.

The Oxfordresidential complex, implemented by Royal House, won the special nomination “High-speed construction leader of the year”. In addition, the project received another significant award, becoming the winner in the nomination “Residential complex 2024”.

Construction of the Oxford residential complex began in May 2024. As of December 2024, the first building is fully completed and is being prepared for commissioning.

In the second building of the complex, the construction of all floors has been completed, facade work and laying of internal partitions are underway. The third building is currently built up to the level of the 8th floor.
