Construction progress as of December 30, 2024

Dear investors!

The year 2024 is coming to an end. We sincerely thank you for your trust and choice of housing in OXFORD Residential Complex. Our builders have worked tirelessly throughout the year, so from 12/30/2024 to 01/06/2025 they will be on New Year’s holidays in order to continue creating a comfortable space for you with renewed vigor in 2025.

We are currently reporting on the work completed as of December 30, 2024.

Building A-1

Preparing for commissioning.

Building A-2

  • The masonry of the interior partitions is being carried out.
  • The installation of the sewage, heating, water supply systems and the installation of gas boilers are being carried out.
  • Work on the roof arrangement continues.
  • Facade work is actively underway.

Building A-3

The installation of the wall modules of the TMRoyal House on the 9th floor has been completed.
