• Elevator cladding;
• Painting walls in common areas (MZK);
• Laying tiles in MZK on all floors;
• Installation of entrance doors;
• Electrical wiring in apartments (radiators, individual heating);
• Installation of external engineering networks (rain and domestic sewage);
• Insulation and installation of the roof.

In progress:

• Installation of gas risers;
• Landscaping and landscaping of the territory.
