Our team of professionals is working tirelessly to bring your dream of the perfect home closer to reality. As of November 15, 2024, the following work has been completed:
Building A-1
- The interior work in the building is 100% complete.
- Repair work in common areas (MZK) has been completed, as well as the installation of a suspended ceiling, which gives the space a finished and aesthetic look.
- Currently, the elevator in the building and basement is being commissioned.
- Renovation in the spacious and cozy lobby is in its final stages.
- On the roof, work is being completed on decorating the facades of chimneys and ventilation ducts.
- In the bomb shelter, cosmetic repairs are being carried out to create comfortable and safe conditions.
- In parallel, work is underway to improve and green the surrounding area. Soon, residents will be able to enjoy a cozy courtyard with thoughtful recreation areas.
Building A-2
- The installation of interior partitions on all floors has been completed.
- In parallel, work is being carried out on the installation of water supply and heating engineering networks.
- Particular attention has been paid to the roof: work is currently underway to install the roof screed – an important stage that will provide protection from weather conditions.
House A-3
- Installation of wall modules of the TMRoyal House third floor has been completed.
