Construction progress as of October 31

Building A-1

70% of all interior work has been completed in the building. Currently, builders are laying tiles on the stairwells and installing railings on the stairs (railings). The elevator installation has been completed, and commissioning work is currently underway.

The suspended ceiling in public areas (MZK) is still being installed. Cosmetic repairs are being carried out in the bomb shelter in the rooms. In parallel, work is being carried out to improve and green the surrounding area.

Building A-2

The installation of interior partitions from the 1st to the 7th floors has been completed. In parallel, work is being carried out to install water supply and heating networks. A complex of works on arranging the roof is also underway.

Building A-3

The installation of the 2nd floor of TMRoyal House wall modules is actively underway.
