The path to energy independence: Royal House will provide backup power for its new residential projects Park Royal and Oxford

In response to the challenges caused by the destructive attacks on Ukraine’s infrastructure by the aggressor country, the Royal House group of companies has decided to equip all new residential complexes with backup power systems. This applies to the Park Royal residential complex in Bucha and Oxford residential complex in the village of Chayky, Kyiv region.

These residential complexes will have backup power, which will ensure the residents’ needs for electricity in the event of emergency or stabilization outages.

Given the difficult situation in Ukraine’s energy sector, we at the company have decided to make our new residential complexes energy-independent. A powerful generator will be installed in Park Royal, which in the event of a power outage will provide power to all the most important life support systems of the buildings: water supply, boiler room operation, as well as uninterrupted operation of the freight elevator. A similar solution will be implemented in another of our residential complexes, Oxford, which we are building in the village of Chayki, where the generator will provide water supply and elevator operation,” the company’s press service reports.

The generator will be maintained by the management company, which will guarantee its stable and reliable operation. Already at the stage of commissioning the buildings, the backup power system will be fully connected and ready for use. Residents will only have to pay for maintenance and fuel costs.

The residential complex Oxford is being built in the village of Chayki, in the Kyiv region.

The complex uses advanced technologies, in particular the patented TMRoyal House wall modules, which will allow the complex to be built in record time while adhering to high standards of construction quality.

The residential complex will be nine-story, where the construction of one building with exterior decoration and installed windows takes only six months. The first building A-1 is planned to be ready by the end of 2024! Building A-2 – construction has reached the 5th floor.
