When will all construction work be fully completed and all buildings commissioned?

The overall completion of the complex’s construction is planned by 2028. The first phase, including three buildings, will be fully completed by the end of 2025. Buildings A-1 and A-2 were already commissioned in the first quarter of 2025, and building A-3 is planned for commissioning in the fourth quarter of 2025. The second phase involves the commissioning of building B-1 in the first quarter of 2026 and building B-2 in the fourth quarter of 2026. The full realization of the complex, covering all 16 buildings, is expected in 2027–2028.

What is the legal mechanism for purchasing an apartment?

You can buy an apartment in RC Oxford by purchasing a future real estate object from the developer. This mechanism is protected by the legislation of Ukraine, in particular, regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Guaranteeing Property Rights to Real Estate Objects to be Constructed in the Future.” The Royal House group of companies was one of the first to apply it and now actively uses this legal mechanism in its projects. The process is already well-established. We confirm the legality of the special property right with an Extract from the State Register of Property Rights. The sales department will help with the paperwork. We offer transparent conditions, including installment plans from the developer and state programs.

Does the complex have all the necessary permits?

Yes, RC Oxford has a full package of permits: the local council’s decision on land, urban planning conditions and restrictions, a positive expert report on the project, and a construction permit from the DIАM (State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning). In addition, the first building already has a certificate of readiness. All documents are available at the sales department and are also posted in the “Documentation” section on our website. Who will manage the buildings after commissioning?

Centralized backup power is not provided in the apartments, but each building has an electrical panel where residents can connect their own generator if needed — after approval from the management company. The bomb shelter has separate backup power for ventilation and lighting systems.

Will the territory be gated and have security?

The concept of RC Oxford includes courtyards closed to cars, controlled access to the territory, security, and a video surveillance system. Boom barriers and security posts will be installed at the entrances to the complex. Royal House’s practice includes a security service, patrolling, and video surveillance cameras in entrances and courtyards. This will ensure safety for residents and their children.

Where will residents’ cars be parked?

RC Oxford provides for open parking lots for 2500 parking spaces, located along the perimeter of the residential quarters. In addition, guest parking spaces are planned near the commercial zones. The parking is not underground, which helps reduce the cost of apartments and speed up construction. However, in the first building, several promotional apartments with ready-made repairs were offered — they were distributed as part of separate programs (e.g., for IDPs). Fiber-optic internet from major local providers will be connected to the buildings. Usually, Royal House concludes preliminary agreements during the construction phase. Residents will be able to choose from several operators available in the building. Mobile communication coverage is stable — all operators support 4G. Some entrances will have video intercoms with the ability to connect to a mobile application.

Will there be a supermarket on the territory?

Yes, large commercial premises are provided on the ground floors of individual buildings. One of them is reserved for a grocery supermarket with an area of 500–1000 m². The format and brand are determined during negotiations (options include Novus, VARUS, ATB).
